The Beach Boys is an American rock band formed in 1961 in Hawthorne, California. The band was founded by the three Wilson brothers (Carl, Brian and Dennis), their cousin Mike Love and their close friend, Al Jardine. Brian Wilson is the leader, composer, arranger and producer of the band right from the first albums and singles. Initially, The Beach Boys were managed by Murry, the father of the Wilson family.

The songs turned the music into a phenomenon at that time and helped them quickly become famous. Crossing the California border, they quickly took advantage of the situation throughout the United States with speeches. By the mid-60s, The Beach Boys were completely shaped by Brian Wilson.
